Is blackhead strip effective?

Can noticeable blackheads on the nose be disappearing by removal pack?

I’m frequently doing the nose pack due to noticeable darkish dots on the nose. but I feel vexed because it does not work well anymore to get rid of it.

How does blackhead occur?

The follicle containing hair root has an organ called sebaceous gland, and the sebaceous gland produced here is drained out of the skin along the pore. This oil (sebum) is a grateful thing that protects the skin from drying out, but when it is secreted too much, sebum that is not discharged out of the skin is positioned as a lump in the pore, and the exposed part of the skin becomes black. This is called a blackhead. You can get it all where you have pores, but it's noticeable on your nose.

If you cannot get rid of excessive sebum, the pores become wider and wider, because the sebum and waste accumulate easily, blocking the pores and making the vicious cycle of blackheads like strawberries.

Will blackhead removal pack be effective?

Blackhead that is unpleasant to see and can be developed to the acne if it is neglected. The blackhead strip, called nose pack, sticks out and peels away. It makes you pleasure(?) once it has gone away at once, and there is an advantage that it does not need to sick hurt. But it becomes very irritating to the skin. Even if you remove it like this, blackhead will build up again ... It is not a real solution.

Tips for Blackhead Management

  • Use a mild cleanser. While you are worried about a lot of sebaceous secretions on your skin, you may prefer the stronger cleansing power of the product with stronger cleansing power, but it can dry out the skin and cause more sebaceous secretion.
  • After cleansing, apply oil such as jojoba and massage your nose with your fingers. The oil will melt the sebum together with the dead skin cells.
  • Avoid using leave-on skincare products with lots of oily ingredients on areas where blackheads frequently occur.
  • Using a skincare product containing salicylic acid (BHA), it penetrates into sebaceous hair follicles and helps to manage blackheads. It is effective to exfoliate and relieve redness caused by acne, but be careful because sensitive skin can be irritating.
  • Do not forget to carefully apply sunscreen to prevent wider pores from ultraviolet rays.
